Whether it’s a transformative journey, a romantic escape or a family adventure, we love helping our clients experience the world. Our straightforward planning process is designed to make planning a trip easy. uncomplicated, and (dare we say) fun. Here’s how we do it.
1. CONTACT
To plan your next adventure, please fill out a New Trip Form. We’ll be in touch within 48 business hours to schedule a complimentary phone consultation.
2. DISCUSS
During our call, we’ll discuss your travel needs, and confirm all requested services. If you’d like to move forward, we’ll ask you to sign a Trip Agreement and we’ll process our planning fee.
3. DISCOVER
Dream out loud – we’re listening. We’ll explore your plans in greater detail, and learn about your interests, personal style and travel preferences in order to create an itinerary that’s perfectly tailored to you.
4. CREATE
The research begins. We’ll work with our extensive global network to create an initial proposal for you to review.
5. ADJUST
We want you to be excited about every detail! We’ll continue to make revisions and refinements until we’ve crafted your perfect itinerary.
6. RESERVE
There’s no need for you to lift a finger. After you’ve signed off on your itinerary, we’ll gather credit card, passport and other pertinent travel information, and collect any deposits needed to secure reservations and services.
7. BON VOYAGE
Prior to departure, we’ll provide you with a detailed itinerary, as well as additional information designed to make your entire travel experience as worry-free and enjoyable as possible.
8. WELCOME HOME
We love seeing photos and hearing about the highlights! Upon your return, we’ll reach out to you for your feedback, and to learn ways in which we can make your next travel experience even better.
